About the Company

Procsoft LLC, a Texas LLC, and its affiliates (“Prep4USA,” or the “Company”) operate the website located at prep4usa.com and related products and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

Please read this Agreement carefully before using our Platform. By accessing, viewing, or using the Platform, including by registering for an account, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and all other terms and conditions posted on the Platform. This Agreement is a legal contract between the Company and you. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, do not use the Platform.

Access to specific Prep4USA features—such as chatrooms, roommate matching, and university-specific groups—is restricted to verified international students admitted to U.S. universities. Verification requires a valid university-issued email address.

You agree to use Prep4USA responsibly and respectfully. Harassment, abuse, discrimination, spam, or misuse of any feature is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these principles.

3. Content Disclaimer

Prep4USA provides blogs, checklists, resources, and suggestions based on research and community experiences at the time of publication. Nevertheless, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current relevance of such content. Users are responsible for independently verifying all critical information.

4. User-Generated Content

Users may contribute content in chatrooms and group discussions. While we support open dialogue, the opinions expressed are those of the users and not officially endorsed by Prep4USA. Users must adhere to community guidelines when participating.

5. Limitation of Liability
